Why Skarp?
We provide specialized advice and recommendations within our areas of business such as commercial contract and corporate law as well as Mergers & Acquisitions. Dispute resolution is often a common thread in our cases, and most of our lawyers have extensive experience in commercial disputes from both the general and administrative court as well as from Swedish and international arbitration procedures.
