Our lawyers are particularly experienced in dealing with issues related to property transfers, rental and tenant rights, as well as construction law and procurement. We have experience in many types of property transactions, such as property transfers, property packages, transfers of property companies and transfers that take place through property regulation, both as representatives of sellers and buyers. In addition to this, we also offer qualified legal advice in land and environmental law.

Process and approach

In real estate transactions, we are involved in the entire process from initial structuring and drafting of letters of intent, to the execution of due dilligence and contract negotiations and finally access. For tax matters, we have a network of specialists at our disposal. We also assist in the role of independent chairman at association meetings or as board support in housing associations. In negotiations regarding tenancy we handle the process towards the other party both out of court and in the rent board.
